Horse silk
50/1
20,000 euro Maxios colt who was all at sea on debut at York earlier this month when long last of 11. Too early to write of course, but he seems likley to need more time.

Horse silk
17/2
£18,000 Mayson colt, full brother to a 6f juvenile winner, makes his debut here. Yard continuing to be among the winners and has 11% strike rate with two-year-olds at this track.

Horse silk
25/1
16,000 guineas son of Mayson out of dam who won at up to 2m. Fairly green on debut and never got into it but should know more now. Probably need to go a little further before troubling the judge.

Age: 2|  Weight: 9-5| J: L Morris| T: S Kirk
28/1
Sales price fell from 42,000 guineas foal to 16,000 guineas as a yearling. By Iffraaj out of dam closely related to some useful performers. Stable not known for first time out winners but still worth glance in the market.

Horse silk
25/1
Gelded prior to debut here 15 days ago when not disgraced in finishing seventh of 13. Should have learned plenty but will need to take a large step forward to challenge for honours here.

Horse silk
20/1
22,000 Exceed And Excel filly half-sister to smart dual purpose performer Nichols Canyon as well as four Flat winner, some useful. Didn't show much on debut but not one to rule out just yet for top yard.

Horse silk
16/1
1,500 guineas Epaulette colt, hlaf-brother to two AW winners. Debut here and looks to face a stiff task unless market suggests otherwise.

Horse silk
5/1
In touch to halfway on heavy ground over 6f on debut at Newbury before fading to finish last of 20. Faces very different conditions here and top yard can never be ruled out, but much more needed.

Horse silk
11/1
£1,200 Dandy Man gelding with bags of stamina on the dam's side. Almost certain to want further than this debut 7f and will do well to get involved from widest draw.

Horse silk
11/10
17,000 guineas Sea The Moon yearling, has run well on both starts so far. Second on debut at Wolverhampton last month over 7f then got tired closing stages over a mile here when runner-up last time. Drop back looks right and has every chance.

Horse silk
100/1
Equiano filly, half-sister to French 7f winner. 100/1 and faded from halfway over 6f at Windsor on debut in July. rested since and returns for winter campaign. Probably do better once handicapped.

Light Bay
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-10| J: David Probert| T: H Candy
12/1
£5000 Cable Bay filly; half-sister to 2yo Group 2 winner Beacon. Appeals on pedigree but was a cheap purchase and may need more time. Yard in good form of late though.

(12)
Horse silk
40/1
Rock Of Gibraltar filly shaped with a little promise on debut when 50/1 sixth of 11 over C&D three weeks ago. Could build on that but will do well to grab a place or more.

Stony Look21
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-10| J: M Dwyer| T: A M Balding
11/1
Passing Glance filly out of dam who won at up to 2m. Fair fourth here on debut over a mile and fourth again last time over C&D, getting tired late on. Should be thereabouts but may find one or two too good.

Forecasts

Secret Acquisition (11/10), Hurricane Alex (5/1), Dromara King (17/2), Uncle Swayze (11/1), Stony Look (11/1), Light Bay (12/1), Eevilynn Drew (16/1), Secret Smile (20/1), Morlaix (25/1), Various (25/1), Paint It Black (28/1), Rock Of Redmond (40/1), Anno Maximo (50/1), Joanna Vassa (100/1)

18:10 Kempton - 31 October 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

SECRET ACQUISITION stands out on form shown so far and a reproduction of her latest effort should be good enough for her to break her duck at just the third time of asking. Morlaix is a potential improver having hinted at ability on debut here when behind both Stony Look and Rock Of Redmond who are respected. Secret Smile and Various may well prove a different proposition on their respective second starts, while Light Bay could turn out to be best of the newcomers
  1. Secret Acquisition
  2. Morlaix
  3. Secret Smile
