Lightly-raced maiden who makes her second handicap start but her this will be her first taste of Fibresand stepping up to the longest trip she's tried. Back from a break and dropped 3lb; mark still looks a stiff one though.
In good form prior to running below-par at Newcastle last time although there were mitigating circumstances that would excuse that run. Showed prior to that he had ability but looked a work in progress; first time on Fibresand.
Up in trip for her handicap debut having shown only a modicum of form so far and now has a new surface to cope with also. Should be able to cope with this mark but others have far more pressing and able claims.
Brighton winner earlier this month showing improved form to get off the mark over 1m4f on soft ground (travelled well, all out to hold on). Ran with credit under a penalty next time back on AW; Fibresand debut off 2lb higher, more needed.
By the same sire as Mongolia he's been brought along very steadily in three qualifying runs (last two on AW) for his handicap debut. Very much has the look of type of one who can make his mark in handicaps over staying trips; Fibresand debut.
Previously trained in Ireland his form for this yard hasn't looked at all progressive in handicaps (yet to really trouble the principals). Well below-par last time (went in snatches) in cheekpieces; plenty to find on Fibresand debut.
Appears to be a gradual improver who ran his best race last time out over 1m4f here in a minor event. Beaten off this mark in handicaps before the first-time cheekpieces appeared to eke out some progress last time; should be competitive.

Not that much Fibresand form to go on with plenty of these stepping onto the unique surface for the first time but MONGOLIA has already proved herself on this surface despite taking a little while to get off the mark. Her yard are no strangers to success here and with Mark Crehan taking off a valuable 7lb she’s nicely handicapped still. Keith is starting to look as though he may have a low-grade handicap in him if the cheekpieces continue to work while it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Wadacre Galoubet bounce back here. If there is a surprise in this it may come in the shape of Gustave Aitch who looks the type for this test heading into handicaps.
