Gleneagles colt who is closely related to useful 2-y-o 1m winner Kosciuszko. Stayed on late when fourth of 12 to White Moonlight in a 1m novice event at Newmarket early this month, and seems sure to improve.
Bred along similar lines to connections' Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf winner Outstrip, and yard has had four winning newcomers from ten such runners in the past couple of months. Widest draw not ideal for a newcomer.
Much better effort to date when 3¾L fourth of 13 to Miss Yoda in a 1m novice at Sandown last time. Winner of that race was placed in a Group 3 next time, and runner-up won his next start, so form is holding up well
Dam won the Nell Gwyn and second in G1 Falmouth Stakes, and has produced Falmouth winner Veracious and dual G2 Summer Mile winner Mutakayyef, so this son of Golden Horn merits maximum respect for top connections.
Full-brother to 1m2½f winner Bonnoeil and half-brother to 1m2½f-1m4½f winner Auzebosc out of a half-sister to connections' very smart stayer Geordieland. Likely to need further, and yard's newcomers invariably need experience.
Golden Horn half-brother to useful 7f winner Richmond Avenue out of a winning half-sister to Dubai Millennium. Bred in the purple, and represents a yard with an excellent record in such races. Shortlisted.
Fulbright half-brother to 1m-1½m winner Jamaica Grande and 1½m winner Elsie Bay. Yard not known for exploits with juveniles, and looks one for the longer term.
Siyouni half-brother to 1¼m Listed winner Art of Raw. Sales price rose consistently until reaching €80,000 as a Breeze-Up purchase, but he was well held on debut at Newbury last month, and needs to improve markedly.
Half-brother to owner's smart 1m winner The Grape Escape. Unfancied, but showed ability on debut over 7f here recently, and the type to do better for this trip. Could run well at a price.
Hasn't beaten a rival in two starts to date, and needs his sights lowered to be competitive.
Both starts have come over 7f at Yarmouth, beaten less than 1L when runner-up on each occasion. Third from latter race won a similar contest next time, and he shapes as if this longer trip will suit.
Fitted with cheekpieces for her debut at Windsor, and showed very little at lengthy odds. Makes minimal appeal.
By Australia out of a half-sister to Australian Group 1 winner I'm Your Man. Yard has a modest enough strike-rate with newcomers, but winners often pop up at decent prices, so folly to ignore.

As son of Deep Impact, ZAFEER should improve plenty for the step up to a mile having been second on both starts over shorter, and he's narrowly preferred to Aquileo, who is another open to improvement after running well in the face of inexperience at Newmarket. Nova Roma and Galata Bridge are the most interesting of the newcomers all things considered.
