A C&D winner at the start of the month - the form has been franked by the runner up winning since - and she's done well since joining her current yard; possibility of more to offer despite the 6lb higher mark and step up in grade; considered.
Exploited a lenient mark when scoring at Brighton in July; lightly raced since but well below par last twice; needs to show more enthusiasm than of late and the drop to 5f might not be ideal back on the Polytrack.
Been consistent this season and has finished second or third on five separate occasions. Posted a near miss on her AW debut when edged out at Lingfield earlier in the month,which bodes well for a winter campaign. Well handicapped, too; shortlisted.
Poor form posted in six starts for Paul Howling and improvement needed to even make the frame on debut for her new trainer.
Significantly eased in grade after finding a Class 2 handicap beyond him last time out. This is much more like his level and recent form suggests he's still got a lot to offer on these terms. One to bear in mind.
Has bits of form that give him a shout in this company but his AW record is patchy and he ran poorly on both previous tries at this course. Wide draw not ideal either.
Not as exposed as some and probably better than he showed last time out. He's better judged on his penultimate outing, which saw him go close on the Fibresand at Southwell. Unproven on Polytrack but has solid place claims, at least, if he copes.
Won on the Tapeta surface at Newcastle last October but form has been mixed since then and he's now on a dangerous mark if able to recapture some of his old sparkle. Needs to bounce back from two poor showings since returning to the AW.
Not shown much in two starts since returning from a break and plenty to prove on handicap debut after she was brushed aside in a classified stakes over 6f here last week.
Third of eight on handicap debut back in August and a literal reading of that form gives her a decent chance of getting involved if able to replicate the form. Modest efforts twice since and is yet to race over the minimum trip, are the negatives.

Several hold claims in a tightly-knit handicap with the likes of Edged Out, Katherine Place, and Blackcurrent all holding solid chances in a race of this nature. However, a chance is taken that the ease in grade will prompt a return to form by SPOT LITE and, having gone well in both previous runs at this course, the mount of Luke Morris is first port of call in a tight one to call.
