Silver Streak progressed remarkably during the course of last season, culminating in a distant third to the ill-fated Espoir D'Allen in the Champion Hurdle, so it'll be fascinating to see if he can continue to operate at that kind of level during the season ahead. His four opponents in this 2m Listed contest all possess likeable attributes and will be winning plenty of races. However, the selection today is the Olly Murphy-trained C&D scorer ITCHY FEET. He enjoyed a reasonably productive (if light) novice season, in which the clear highlight was his fine 5L third to Klassical Dream in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham.
