First time blinkers and switch to front running worked wonders when he trounced his rivals on heavy ground at Limerick a week ago. 11lb rise was to be expected but excellent claimer nullifies some of that and has to claims of quick follow up.
Used to go well on bad ground when with Brian Meehan. Was running well in the spring but not quite so good since returning from a break and others make more appeal.
Rattled off a good ground hat-trick in the summer and ran right up to that form twice on soft ground this autumn but needs to bounce back from a rare poor run last time.
Clear cut win in big field at The Curragh on penultimate start and better than shown last time when not getting a clear run at the same venue since. No surprise should he go well again here.
Han't built on some fair efforts last season and not sure how good he is at present with stamina at this trip not assured either. Others make more appeal.

SPANISH TENOR isn't guaranteed to get an easy time up front but such was his dominance last week that he may be able to shrug off his weight rise .Massa Lubrense remains in good heart and is better than showed last time and along with Ideal Pal may give the selection most to do.
