1
Horse silk
Agusta Gold153
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: D E Mullins| T: Ms M Mullins| BF| D
3/1
Useful and consistent hurdler who was below the pick of her form over timber when third of 10 to Victoria Bay in a mares maiden at Killarney on chasing debut, but will improve, and merits respect.
2
Horse silk
Edene D'Arc169
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-7| J: D N Russell| T: G Elliott| D
5/1
Fairly useful hurdler, although 20L behind Agusta Gold when the pair clashed in a Grade 3 at Limerick in March. Ought to make a chaser, and place claims if she's fully tuned up here.
3
Horse silk
33/1
Won a mares maiden hurdle at Wexford in May 2018, but well beaten in two handicaps subsequently (tongue tied both times), and has plenty on her plate on return from a lengthy absence.
4
Horse silk
Inishbelt15
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: J J Slevin| T: C Bowe
20/1
Won a mares maiden hurdle at Downpatrick in July, but not as good as a few of these in that discipline, and she was just a fair third of 12 to Mohart in a 2¼m maiden chase at same course last time, albeit better than the bare result.
5
Horse silk
11/2
Won a maiden hurdle in March and has improved in defeat since, albeit struggling with a stiff handicap mark. Below form the last twice, though, and now tongue tied for this debut over fences.
6
Horse silk
Tintanglep161
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: J W Kennedy| T: G Elliott| CD
1/1
Third in Grade 2 Dawn Run Hurdle at Cheltenham in March shows what she can do over hurdles, and while this chasing type ran poorly on her latest start, she's expected to take well to fences, and should be hard to beat.
7
Horse silk
50/1
Not without ability over timber and improved to be third at Sligo (2m, good) on handicap debut off a mark of 95. She's not matched that since, however, and has plenty to find with these rivals now switching disciplines.

Forecasts

Tintangle (1/1), Agusta Gold (3/1), Edene D'Arc (5/1), Kilbarry Lilly (11/2), Inishbel (20/1), Flamingo's Court (33/1), Vic's Little Miss (50/1)

13:40 Fairyhouse - 12 October 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Agusta Gold has the benefit of a previous run to get acclimatised to fences, and she has solid place claims, but TINTANGLE promises to be at least as good over fences as hurdles, and she is going to be hard to beat if jumping adequately. Edene D'Arc is held by Agusta Gold on hurdles form, but still appeals as best of the rest.
  1. Tintangle
  2. Agusta Gold
  3. Edene D'Arc
