Point-to-point and dual hurdles scorer bred to appreciate fences and although he was out of his depth latest in an Aintree Grade One he has to be respected here with his 139 rating just 2lb off the top.
Warwick novice hurdle winner last seen finishing second to the well-in Aux Ptits Soins at Cheltenham back in January. Could be a nice recruit but has a bit to find here on hurdles exploits.
Has the benefit of three chase races already and his third at Exeter when last seen in January was a step forward. Lowest rated performer here however so matching that effort may prove tough.
Grade Two winning novice hurdler who subsequently finished fifth at Cheltenham and third at Aintree in Grade One races rates a seriously exciting recruit and with a clear he will surely make a bold bid here.
Three-time winner over hurdles narrowly touched off on chase debut at Newton Abbot back in May. Will have had more schooling by the champion trainer and rates a leading contender here.
Maiden hurdle winner looked a decent prospect as a novice last term but was twice no match for Lisnagar Oscar so can't be fancied with that rival in opposition.
Forecasts
Lisnagar Oscar (1/1), Truckers Lodge (10/3), Truckin Away (11/2), Ardlethen (15/2), De Name Evades Me (12/1), Golden Sunrise (20/1)
Rebecca Curtis could have a serious chaser on her hands in LISNAGAR OSCAR and this smart hurdler is bred to be even better over fences; the fact he won his lone point-to-point in a canter adds credence to that prospect. Only rated 1lb inferior and with the benefit of one prior chase start Truckers Lodge rates the clear danger with Ardlethan best of the rest.
