50/1
First start for this yard (formerly with Oliver Greenall), third (of four) in a bumper here on debut but not seen out since finishing well beaten at Uttoxeter back in the February of 2018, and likely to need the outing.

4/6
Second start for this yard, little disappointing given he was made favourite for debut at Hexham in June, readily outpaced at a key time. However, still early days and yard do well with these types, so could easily leave that behind today.
Point-to-point winner at Tabley earlier in the year, and is related to a winner or two, so has some plus points but likely to find this sharp enough a test on hurdles debut, and is best watched.

Not a lot to be gleaned from three starts over hurdles so far but hinted at better to come at Stratford last time. Brother to the yard's winning hurdler Court Royale and may do better again here. Plenty to find all the same.
Some promise to be taken from his three starts in France but not seen out since June and may well need this on first start for new yard.

Nice introduction at Worcester in August, third in what looked a decent race for the grade and then ran a little better than finishing position suggests at Stratford last time. This isn't that strong and if taking a step forward, could take a hand.

9/2
Steady improvement in two bumpers and a hurdles start at Ffos Las back in April, stayed on nicely under tender handling and gave impression of plenty more to come. Ground shouldn't be an issue and if fit after a break, could easily improve plenty.
Half-brother to a couple of useful winners and likely to want further in time. Only had the one start, well beaten in a quality bumper at Newbury but likely to find this easier. Market likely to provide the best guide as to what is expected.

33/1
Point-to-point winner back in March but there's not been much in the way of promise in three hurdles starts (although not disgraced on the first of them). May be better off in handicaps, and others preferred today.

Forecasts

Boltissime (4/6), Jembug Drummer (9/2), Nye Bevan (15/2), Fort De L'Ocean (8/1), Cawthorne (10/1), Happy B (12/1), Catchmeifyoucan (33/1), Court Dancer (40/1), Alderson (50/1)

14:15 Bangor-on-Dee - 2 October 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Boltissime could easily bounce back from a moderate first effort for this yard but HAPPY B has shown promise on both runs and this is not a strong event. He can take this en route to better things. Jembug Drummer is another that should improve and with the ground likely no issue, looks the danger. Nye Bevan is worth a market check.
  1. Happy B
  2. Jembug Drummer
  3. Boltissime
