The Jessica Harrington-trained TAURAN SHAMAN beat Time Tunnel ½L on his debut run in July before winning again at the Galway festival in July. The Shamardal colt can land the closer at the expense of the improving Kiss For A Jewel for the Dermot Weld yard, who have their three-year-olds in fine fettle right now. Gowran Park second, Major Reward, Gowran Park winner, Finding Nero and Mutadaawel a close second at Newmarket last month look to pose the biggest threat to the main protagonists.
