Highly tried after winning here (7f, good) last October but not disgraced entirely until a poor run last time at Royal Ascot. With a new yard and up to a new trip, which should suit (half-sister to 1m5½f-2m½f winner Bracken Brae).
Form this year has uneven look to it after trailing home last at Kempton (1m4f, Polytrack) six weeks ago. Prior to that had posted a career-best when touched off at Newbury (1m5½f, good to soft) but overall profile isn't compelling.
Steadily improving and was 5L clear of Quintada when second at Wolverhampton (1m4f, Tapeta) 21 days ago. That was her first run over this trip and may have more to come after just five starts.
Won over this trip at Catterick (good to firm) back in July and after two poor efforts, ran a better race last time at Wolverhampton (1m4f, Tapeta). Work to do with Stagehand on that outing and may struggle to reverse the form.
Forecasts
Stagehand (10/11), Quintada (5/2), Point In Time (5/1), Garrel Glen (7/1)
After just five outings, it's possible that STAGEHAND still has some improvement in her and she is taken to confirm form with Quintada from last time out. On her first run for a new yard and up in trip, Garrel Glen will find life easier in these calmer waters than she's encountered so far this season.
