Has put in some solid displays over the summer including tow wins over this trip at Cork in June and Gowran Park last month. Plenty of respect representing a yard who saddled nine winners at this meeting 12 months ago.

Has failed to add a fifth career win since landing a Navan handicap over 1m5f off a 3lb higher mark in June. Beaten since and needs to find some old spark to pay a apart in the finish.

Solid and consistent performer, holding her form well in five starts since winning a Down Royal maiden over 1m2½f in May off a 9lb lower mark. Entitled to have her sights set on more prize money.

Sole career win in nine starts came on his second start last season over 1m6f. Beaten since including over this trip at the Galway festival last month. First-time blinkers needed to inspire improvement.

1m4f winner for David Simcock ran quite respectably when third over 1m7f at Listowel on stable debut in June before a dismal effort at the Curragh when last seen in July. Others preferred.

Landed a second career win at the Galway festival in July over a similar trip off a 6lb lower mark. Still looks in the grip of the handicapper on the balance of recent starts.

Off the mark for connections at the ninth time of asking in a Sligo 1m2f handicap on good ground last month off a 3lb lower mark. Can be expected to run another big race given his recent consistency.

Several respectable efforts in handicaps for William Haggas this year, but not progressing, and sold for 60,000 gns to current connections. Not disgraced on stable debut at the Curragh last month and worth a market check here.

Off the mark at the eighth attempt when landing a Tipperary maiden on good/yielding over a similar trip last month. Could be up against it off career high mark.

Took nine starts to get off the mark for connections before the Dunaden gelding making it two-in-row at Tramore last month over this trip. Not without a chance off a 7lb higher mark.

15:55 Listowel - 9 September 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

HALIMI, winner of a maiden and handicap contests in the summer can get back to winning ways here for respected connections. The three-year-old should be suited by the drop in trip following a couple of disappointments over longer distances last month and can land a third career win at the expense of potantial biggest danger, Perfect Tapitino who has won two of his last four starts for trainer Joseph O'Brien. The Noel Meade-trained, Red Gerry and the improving and progressive Pearl Warrior can fight for minor honours.
