Two wins from eight starts at similar level but has looked a little lacking in a couple of spins at Cork and Killarney in Listed company last month. Needs to find plenty of improvement.

Running well in defeat, shaping well on a number of occasions since April including when finishing second of 14 beaten 1¼L behind Goddess in a Gowran Park Listed contest last month. Requires plenty of respect.

Just about a career best effort when third of 10 in Listed company at Cork in April before finding the step up to Group 3 level a little too much at Chester in the Ormonde stakes in May. Market likely to be the best guide.

Not disgraced in four seasonal starts this term but is still looking to add to sole career win at Leopardstown in October as a juvenile. Hard to recommend on current evidence and in first-time blinkers.

15:25 Listowel - 9 September 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

RIVEN LIGHT can bounce back from a difficult run in the Galway hurdle last month by landing the spoils in this competitive Listed contest. The winner of this contest in 2017 over C&D can get the better of the Aidan O'Brien-trained Lancaster House, unbeaten in two starts so far. Gowran Park second, Tipitena and the 103-rated, Up Helly Aa can give another good account of themselves here, while the Jessica Harrington-trained, Still Standing can go well at a price.
  1. Riven Light
  2. Lancaster House
  3. Up Helly Aa
