Out of an unraced sister to the dam of July Cup winner Mayson. Attracted support prior to Ripon debut, but was well held in fourth behind Ventura Lightning. Clearly well thought of, and may well leave that modest form in his wake now.
Helmet half-brother to smart 7f-1m1f winner Red Tea and 7f-1m winner Sahra Al Khadra. His successful hal-sister took some time to blossom, and this gelding is also likely to need experience.
Son of Garswood who improved for the step up to 7f when 3¾L fifth of 18 to Escape Proof in a novice at Leicester last time. Noted making late headway under a considerate ride. Will do better, albeit with nurseries an option after another run.
Lesser fancied of a pair from the yard when beaten 9L into fourth behind Cognac in an extended 7f maiden at Musselburgh recently. Should improve on that, and that brings him into the equation.
By Kodiac, and the first foal of a 1m-1½m winner. Fetched an eye-catching 200,000 gns at the sales, and entered in the 2-y-o Trophy at Redcar, so a newcomer to note.
Equiano half-brother to connections' multiple winner Breakable. Failed to beat a rival over 6f here on debut, and looks one for further down the line on that evidence.
Nayef colt out of a maiden, and cost 26,000 gns as a yearling. Yard 0-16 with debutant two-year-olds in the past two years, so probably best watched here.
Well-related colt showed promise when beaten just over 2L into fourth on debut at Yarmouth, and although he failed badly to build on that at Newmarket next time, he's not one to give up on, with that run perhaps coming too soon.
Similar form when mid-field in similar events here and at Redcar over an inadequate 6f, but she will need to improve if she's to get off the mark at the thirst time of asking. Breeding suggests she will want an even stiffer test in time.
Fast Company half-sister to 2m winner Tin Fandango. Rare two-year-old runner for the yard, and best watched unless market suggests otherwise.

The standard set by those who have raced is not overly strong, and with newcomer MELODY KING making plenty of appeal on pedigree and sales price, he's taken to make a winning debut. Robert Guiscard is best forgiven his latter effort, and promised plenty on debut, so is shortlisted along with Borsdane Wood, who was well backed against a couple of useful types on his Ripon debut, and is presumably better than he showed.
