Daughter of Schiaparellu out of a Presenting mare. Dam unraced. No real impression on hurdles debut at Bellewstown in July; entitled to improve and market likely to be the best guide.
Last of nine on debut in a Navan bumper over 12 months ago. Pulled up in a February point-to-point but showed signs of ability when 4th of 12 in simliar race at Bellewstown in July; going the right way and one to consider.
Has plenty of experience but has just one place finish from 11 starts over hurdles; possibly one to consider for some place prize money at this level but needs to bounce back from a poor performance last time out.
Showed no real talent in four point-to-point races since debut in January and only hurdles appearance saw her beaten 34 lengths in a weak Tramore maiden hurdle; hard to fancy.
Promise when falling at the last on debut in March and bettered that when staying on third on second run at Sligo in April. Brought down on latest appearance at Cork in May and looks one of the better ones in this contest despite long absence.
Failed to complete in two point-to-point outings in 2018 before finishing last on only bumper appearance the same year; more promise last time out at Tramore but does not seem a likely winner.
Point-to-point winner who ran her best race to date when 3rd of eight at Roscommon in early August in a handicap; step back in class should help and a repeat of that effort could see her going close.
Easily won a 3m point-to-point race at Ballinaboola on an easy surface and hailing from an in-form stable should be very popular in the market; excellent chance.
Nothing of note in a number of Flat starts and just as disappointing on both her runs over hurdles. Hard to make a case for.
Forecasts
The Three Wizards (5/4), My Midnight (2/1), Quarry Lil (7/1), Ballycastle Girl (8/1), Abbi Shore (10/1), Our Madgie (20/1), Caddy Shack (25/1), Military Dress (100/1), Glencottagelady (100/1)
THE THREE WIZARDS may be good enough on his debut over hurdles given the way she won her sole point-to-point race and a lack of any solid rivals. Strong market support will suggest connections expect the mare to run well. Another point-to-point winner is Quarry Lil and she has been running with some credit including in a handicap last time out. Expect her to give the selection most to do. Ballycastle Girl has shown some promise including last time out and the fitting of first-time blinkers may sharpen her up.
