Half-sister to 1m2f-1m4f winner Missed Call (inc. AW Listed). Dam placed over 7f. Stable has a very moderate record in these sort of races. Looks one to watch this time.
Moderate form so far in two runs over 6f (AW and turf) this year. May do better now upped in trip, but looks likely to appeal more further down the line.
Half-sister to seven winners, and her dam was an Oaks winner. Never got heavily involved last week at Kempton (1m, AW), but that was still a decent effort in the context of this race. Bit to prove over shorter, but likely to be a big player.
Second foal of an unraced half-sister to French 1m 2yo Listed winner Gwaihir and Listed-placed 5f-1m1½f winner Mombassa. Yard going well and has had 3-7 winners here this season with its 3yos. Market check.
€25,000 yearling. Second foal. Dam unraced sister to 7f 2yo Listed winner Queen Of Poland. Looks interesting on paper, and represents a very good yard. No surprise to see good debut. Market check advised.
This looks between the bottom four on the racecard and LOVEHEART, whose Kempton runs last week was probably the pick of the form on offer, gets the vote. Narak also began nicely at Ripon and looks a potential threat, with Strictly Legal possibly just preferred to Toronado Queen of the newcomers, although the market should tell us more.
