This race was won by subsequent Triumph Hurdle hero Pentland Hills 12 motnhs ago and there is every chance that many of these will soon be racing over timber. VERIFY made a promising handicap debut last time when a good second at Ffos Las giving the impression he should stay this trip so he gets the nod. No Thanks got off the mark at Bath recently and should again go well, while Hammy End, third that day, may not be far away either. Gordalan has scope for improvement and is interesting, while Robert Fitzroy may benefit from this return to quicker ground.
