Still showing plenty of spark over hurdles recently including a win at Roscommon earlier this month when beating 16 rivals a neck. Hard to fancy here though making belated debut on the Flat from a difficult draw.

Maiden on the Flat after seven races but he went close on his latest attempt in what was his first run for his new yard where he was second of seven at Bellewstown over 1m4f. Unlikely to be troubling the judge.

Eight-race maiden well beaten when making no impression on his latest start at Leopardstown earlier this month and once again is liable to find one or two more suitable to today's conditions.

Without success in nine starts for the Canford Cliffs gelding who has by no means been disgraced in a number of career efforts to date. Market likely to be best guide given notable jockey booking.

One from two over the larger obstacles but failed to trigger any enthusiasm on Flat debut at Killarney earlier this month. Impossible to fancy against a number of these rivals.

Four race maiden with a negative draw against her here. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Hurdle winner who has taken to the Flat showing plenty of promise finishing in the runner-up position in both starts to date at Bellewstown and earlier this month at Killarney. One for the shortlist in first-time tongue strap.
Zoffany gelding sent off at big prices on starts at Gowran Park in October and on return to action at Killarney earlier this month running accordingly on each occasion. Others preferred.

Running well in a number of maiden before disappointing on handicap debut at the Curragh last month. Expected to go well for a yard that are two from seven in this contest in the last eight years.
Gelding by Fast Company out of a Muhtarram mare. Dam winner on the Flat over 1m6f, placed over hurdles between 2m and 2m4f. Best watched on debut.

The father and son combination of Willie and Patrick Mullins landed the spoils in this contest 12 months ago with Diamond Hill and can repeat the feat with the daughter of Sixties Icon BUILDMEUPBUTTERCUP. The five-year-old can overcome a negative draw in 18 to see off the attentions of Hasankey for the Dermot Weld yard who are two from seven in this contest in the last eight years and potential improver Formal Order for trainer Johnny Murtagh. Rocky Shores the mount of Jamie Codd and Run For Mary are also worthy of consideration.
