Siyouni filly, half-sister to a 1m4f winner. Dam a winner over this trip as a juvenile and closely related to a Listed winner. Yard flying in recent weeks and certainly capable of readying a debutante.

Iffraaj filly, cost £50,000 as a yearling. Dam a 5f juvenile winner. Not certain to appreciate this test but certainly respected for top yard whose debutantes can often be ready first up.

Golden Horn filly, dam Listed placed and a half-sister to a US Grade 3 winner. Fascinating contender but might be in need of further; worth monitoring in the market.
Frankel filly, cost 130,000 gns as a yearling. Dam a Listed winner and half-sister to a Group 1 winner at 1m4f. Yard's debutantes often ready first up and she makes plenty of appeal here.

Forecasts

Light Blush (5/2), Baaqy (7/2), Frankel's Storm (4/1), Award Scheme (5/1), Ennistymon (5/1), Tiritomba (8/1), Believe In Love (11/1), Craylands (14/1), Incognito (33/1)

13:50 Newmarket - 13 July 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A tricky opener to proceedings but ENNISTYMON showed some ability to stick to her task well on debut and it would be no surprise to see her run well given how Aidan O'Brien's juveniles can improve from first run to second run. A host of debutantes with beautiful pedigrees are dangers in opposition with Light Blush and Award Scheme both interesting contenders for yards with respectable strike-rates with debutantes.
  1. Ennistymon
  2. Light Blush
  3. Award Scheme
