16:00 Catterick - 10 July 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Gavin Cromwell has never saddled a Catterick runner (Flat or Jumps) but with his yard operating a 30% plus strike-rate over the past fortnight, he continues to strike while the iron is hot by sending runners the length and breadth of Great Britain. His representative Lever Du Soleil is clearly well handicapped and should be afforded maximum respect after landing the odds at Ayr on Monday (carries a 10lb penalty). However, in the feature race of the afternoon the top-weighted HANDIWORK gets the nod. He sluiced up on his only previous visit to this track (October 2014) and his April Doncaster win has been well advertised since by the thriving Carnwennan.
