Has proven a better horse on the AW and a inner over this C&D in April off 7lb lower. Can be forgiven latest two runs on turf but looks high in the handicap at present.

More effective on the AW than turf and at this trip. Now 2lb below last winning mark which came over this C&D. Fair way below that level on last five starts and needs to lift.

Boasts his best form at this track and now 7lb below his last win. Has really struggled though in three starts for this yard and others preferred.

Two of three career wins have come over this C&D and back on last winning mark from January. Form has gone backwards since and while a return this grade may well help, others look more reliable.

Below par in both AW starts so far but ran on well despite trouble in the run when scoring for the first time at Chepstow last month. Up 6lb and probably has more to offer but has seemed better suited by cut in the ground on turf.

Sole win came over this C&D back in September 2018 off just 1lb higher. Bit below par of late but seems to raise her game at this track and an improved performance is likely.

Tease Maid8
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-4| J: Jason Hart| T: J & S Quinn| OR:  60

Six-race maiden has proved far better suited in three starts on the AW so far and ran well from the front over this C&D last start. Likely to improve and off the same mark holds every chance for an in form stable.

Ran a close fourth over this C&D on debut but below that level in two starts over a furlong further since. Needs first time blinkers and a return to here to improve her on handicap debut.

Ran well on her previous visit here (7f) and matched that form with a breakthrough win over this trip at Lingfield on her reappearance. Hit the line strongly as though there is more to come and a big player off 2lb higher.

Produced a career best when winning over this C&D and well below par last time on turf. That can be excused as she should be far better suited by a return to the AW and a better run likely.

Remains a 13-race maiden and although he remains unexposed on the AW, he was a poor third in a seller and then struggled back in a handicap on his last two starts. Others preferred.

Unfancied in the betting and well beaten in three starts this year. Would need huge improvement off this opening handicap mark.

Kennocha (3/1), Olaudah (9/2), Tease Maid (5/1), Peachey Carnehan (6/1), Santafiora (11/1), Lysander Belle (14/1), Spenny's Lass (14/1), Haze (14/1), Impressionable (14/1), Tizwotitiz (20/1), Jorvik Prince (20/1), Sovereign State (25/1), Picket Line (25/1)

14:00 Wolverhampton - 9 July 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

KENNOCHA ran on really well on her first win and this minor rise may not be enough to stop her on a surface she acts on. Tease Maid is a better filly on the AW, showed plenty of speed over this C&D last time and can improve again. Spenny's Ladd is back at her favoured track and her course form has to be respected.
  1. Kennocha
  2. Tease Maid
  3. Spenny's Lass
