By Society Rock. Cost 7,000gns as a yearling. Yard do well with newcomers and this isn't a particularly deep race so she could feature on debut. Half-sister to a two-year-old claiming winner in France.
Pulled her chance away in the early stages when keen on debut at Redcar (6f; good) when seventh of 13. Remains one to be of more interest when she moves into handicaps. Others preferred.
Hasn't been able to progress as was expected when she finished a promising third on debut at Thirsk (5f; good to firm) three starts ago. Little bit to prove after two fifth placed finishes at Beverley (5f; good to firm) & Redcar (6f; good to firm).
Made the frame on each of her five starts. Finished third in a decent race at Yarmouth (6f; good to firm) just 10 days ago. Holds strong form claims but is vulnerable to improvers.
Ran underwhelmingly on debut when fifth of six at Carlisle (6f; good to soft) last month. Should fare better now with experience under her belt. Trainer/jockey combo in red hot form too.
Night Of Thunder filly. Sire doing well with first crop. Cost 6,000gns as a yearling and is a half-sister to a winner over 1m1f. Should play a part on debut. Watch betting.
Paco Boy filly. Made just £800 as a yearling. Would be a surprise if he were good enough to even threaten on debut.

An opening maiden in which those with experience don't set the bar overly high. The consistent My Motivate Girl should run her usual consistent race, and the race she was third in at Yarmouth when last seen is the strongest form on offer in this contest. Requiems Dream ran a little bit below market expectations when sent off 4-1 on debut, but it would be a surprise if she didn't show a great deal more than that this time round for a team who are going great guns at present (yard operating at a 32% strike-rate in last 14 days). However, a chance is taken on the newcomer UNDER THE STARS who is nicely bred and whose sire has had a few winning debutantes of late.
