Stable have never had a debut bumper winner 0-19; cost just £1,000 as a four-year-old. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Macs Flamingo and fairly useful hurdler Parish Business; hard to recommend on stable record in this sphere.

Hooded for her debut at Catterick (aid dispensed with here) and ran far too free having been reasonably well found in the market for a yard that don't excel in this sphere. Will need to settle better before she's of any interest, passed over here.
Placed on her only completed start (of three) in Irish point-to-points; fell last time out. Bought for £6,500 in May, now makes bumper debut for a yard who are 5-63 with their newcomers in this sphere; market may give more clues.

Winner of her only Irish point-to-point by 1L last October; cost £19,000 straight after that. Now makes her Rules debut (hooded) for a yard 21-104 in this sphere (last five years; good record with debutants); looks a leading contender.
Trainer has an enviable 30% strike-rate with his bumper newcomers and this one has a good pedigree (half-sister to three winners). Already 5-13 with bumper runners this season, last two in this sphere have won; hard to ignore.

Strong in the betting on her debut (made favourite) at Ffos Las she offered something to work on but didn't quite live up to market expectations. May do better with that experience tucked away but faces some decent newcomers here.

Yard always to be respected in this discipline (20-86 in the last five season); this one shaped as if she needed the experience first time out at Hexham. Likely to come on from that but does have something to find to progress; tongue-tie goes on.

5/2
Promising sort from a good Flat yard who are 3-9 with their bumpers in the last five years. Has a good Flat pedigree but failed to justify support on her Sedgefield debut (went off favourite); still showed ability, better expected after a wind op.

Like most mares’ bumpers this appears to lack a little strength in depth and can probably be boiled down to three or four contenders. Susie Mac has to be respected given her pedigree and trainer who for a predominantly Flat yard has a good record in this sphere and she’s expected to come on for her Sedgefield debut. It’s always hard to ignore Nicky Henderson in these events especially with his newcomers (he’s won with the last two) and could well complete the hat-trick via CRYSTAL GRAZING. Irish point-to-point winner Whatcolourisshe also commands some attention from another yard with a good record in bumpers. The Distant Lady and Jeremy’s Angel two other to keep an eye on.
