Tagula colt cost only £4,5000 guineas as a yearling. Sent off 66/1 and 200/1 when well beaten in both recent starts and quickly dropped in class. First time cheekpieces added and remains hard to fancy.

Gelded son of Due Diligence represents a stable in good form, however he failed to settle and was never involved on recent Thirsk debut. Big improvement required.

Some promise on second start when plugging on at Lingfield despite greenness but very poor when out the back in a valuable York seller next time when struggling on soft ground. Questions to answer now.

Sepoy gelding has shown a similar level of moderate form in a novice and a seller to date. Meets softer ground for the first time and needs to improve greatly for it.

Dandy Man colt cost €11,000 as a yearling showed some signs of promise on quick ground at Redcar on debut but was poor in a valuable York seller on soft ground. Much more required.

Well held in four starts at shorter distances, three in the UK and latterly in a French seller. Still the form of her Ascot run sets the standard and she's been best suited by testing conditions. Trip a question but can go close in a weak affair.

Blew the start and tailed-off on debut. but improvement in her next too starts. Handled testing conditions in a French claimer latest and has more to offer at this trip. Rates a likely leading contender.

Progressed first to second start when her Redcar fourth on quick ground is close to the best form on offer. Another to run poorly in a valuable York seller and the conditions remain a query again.

Daughter of Free Eagle fetched 8,000 gns as a yearling. Unfancied, always in the rear and nothing to be taken from her Redcar debut last month. Faces much different conditions but remains one to overlook.

Monseiur Bond filly who has only poor form to show from her novice and claiming runs so far. Needs a big step forwards to be competitive off these terms.

Coach House half-sister to 5f-7f winner Selfiestick. Sent off 80/1 and always behind on last month's Beverley debut. Easy to look elsewhere once again.

Forecasts

Our Dave (11/4), Rain Cap (4/1), The Trendy Man (6/1), Birkie Queen (6/1), Brown Eyes Blue (7/1), Classy Lady (8/1), Six Gun (10/1), Fulbeck Rose (25/1), Not Another Word (28/1), Dream Isle (50/1), Susie Javea (66/1)

13:40 Redcar - 21 June 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Birkie Queen handles the ground, is on a good weight based on her best run so far, however the trip will test her stamina to the full. Classy Lady would go close if she returns to the form of her second start and is worth another chance at this level. BROWN EYES BLUE is at least progressing and this distance and conditions look ideal.
  1. Brown Eyes Blue
  2. Classy Lady
  3. Birkie Queen
