Hasn't won since a course success here on his second start (7f). Beaten when favourite in a conditions race last time and ground probably against him here; others preferred.

Ran well in defeat in Group 2 class in 2018 and won well in Epsom's Derby trial back in April. That form hasn't worked out but not seen to best effect (given too much to do) when fourth in the French Derby last time; may do better.

Won twice as a juvenile but has work on to turn the form around with Cape Of Good Hope from their Epsom run in April. Can be forgiven his run in the Derby trial at Lingfield when he looked a non-stayer but still has a bit to prove back down in trip.

Has won two of his first four starts and while no match for the winner in Listed class last time, it was a fair run in defeat and the third has won a Group 2 subsequently. Interesting runner if he handles soft ground.

Won a maiden on debut at Newbury in good style (well-backed) and the form of his third at Chester last time doesn't look bad, now the winner has come out and won the St James's Palace Stakes. Unexposed and can go well again.

Course winner (5f) on debut and got his head back in front in a conditions race at Leicester last time when beating Arthur Kitt. That form isn't enough to make him of interest here and sire's progeny don't usually like soft ground.

Won his first two starts but in too deep in Group company since, well beaten in the German 2,000 Guineas last time and more on his plate here. Up in trip.

Won three times last year including a Listed race on heavy at Haydock. Only beaten ½L in the German 2,000 Guineas last time and while he needs a bit more here, the ground will suit and has shaped like a step up in trip could bring improvement.

Maiden winner at Newmarket in September and won back at that venue at the Craven Meeting on return. Out of his depth in Group 1 class subsequently and ground may have gone against him here.

A winner of two of his four starts but he disappointed when a short price at Chester last time. Drop back in trip might help and had previously won well on soft ground at Newbury; each-way claims.

Maiden winner at Naas on debut and highly tried at Pattern level since. His better efforts have come with cut in the ground and he wasn't beaten far at the Curragh in Listed class last time. Not ruled out but Moore prefers stablemate.

Big debut run at Newbury and didn't need to improve to win a soft race at Nottingham. His second in Sandown Listed race last month now looks like decent form with winner going close in the St James's Palace Stakes. Interesting up in trip.

Promising juvenile who won a Listed race at Doncaster in good fashion. In too deep in an end of season Group 1 but promising reappearance at Sandown last time (Roseman second) and may have more to give at this trip.

FOX CHAIRMAN wasn't far behind subsequent St James's Palace winner Circus Maximus and improvement looks assured on just his third career start. Roseman is another who has received a form boost since his last run while Great Scot is one we know will appreciate what must be test conditions after heavy rainfall on Wednesday.
