Soldier At Wart22
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-10| J: Jack Kennedy| T: G Elliott
9/4
Failed to build on a victory at Sligo in April when finding Stratum too good in a Ballinrobe 2m½f hurdle late last month. Has more to offer and very much respected in this contest.
2
Horse silk
50/1
Eight-race maiden over hurdles and looked a little overwhelmed in a number of starts last summer. Last seen tailing off in a Tramore maiden hurdle in August. Unlikely to make a significant impact in this contest.

Age: 6|  Weight: 11-4| J: P D Kennedy| T: M Kennedy| OR:  94
33/1
Five-race maiden hurdler who has showed very little in the way of ability in a series of heavy defeats last summer. Others look more convincing.
4
Horse silk
25/1
Well beaten on both point-to-point completions before finishing well down the pack in a couple of maiden hurdle starts when last seen 11 months ago. Others look to have stronger claims.
5

50/1
Gelding by Gold Well out of a Be My Native mare. Dam, five-race maiden in bumpers and over hurdles. Fifth of 13 beaten 28L on debut over C&D earlier this month. Not a forlorn hope, but others remain more convincing.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-4| J: J M Moore| T: S Doyle
66/1
Gelding by Yeats out of a Shadari mare. Has failed to complete in three career point-to-point starts. Has plenty to prove on debut under rules.
Built on a promising run at Punchestown on debut when landing a Tramore maiden hurdle over 2m at the start of the month. Looks to be an improving sort and another bold show is likely to be on the cards.

6/4
Holy Roman Emperor gelding who has been running well in a number of defeats including finishing second of 16 beaten ¾L behind Paddy Buns in a Kilbeggan maiden earlier in the month. Drops back in trip here and one to monitor in the market.

Gelding by Elusive Quality out of a Southern Halo mare. Dam a winner between 7f and 1m2f in Argentina. Best watched on debut representing Co Tyrone yard without a national hunt winner in the last five years.

5/1
Off the mark over hurdles at the fifth attempt when landing a 66/1 shock in a Tipperary 2m maiden hurdle last month. The filly won by 15L and nothing to suggest a second win is out of the question.

Horse silk
150/1
Of little account on the evidence of four Flat runs, finishing last of 18 on handicap debut before finishing last of 13 beaten 96L on hurdling introduction in April. Easy to look elsewhere.

The Gigginstown House Stud-owned, SOLDIER AT WAR finished behind the highly thought of, Stratum at Ballinrobe last month and without any of his rivals appearing to be up to that standard, the five-year-old can get back to winning ways here. Tramore winner, Do Ya Feel Lucky, Batchelor, second at Kilbeggan earlier in the month and Likable Chancer, who caught the eye here two weeks ago can be in the hunt for prize money.
