Noel Meade has a good record in this race and he looks to have another viable candidate for top honours in the shape of JERANDME, who goes well for tonight's rider and can be expected to cope with the extra demands on his stamina over this new trip. Gordon Elliott, who sent out last year's winner in this corresponding race, is represented by the improving Dona Katharina, who is feared as a big threat to the selection given the the manner her success at Tramore at the end of last month; a run which suggested she that plenty more to offer.
