Won the same 2m1f Leopardstown contest on the last two Boxing Days but in between has been a little inconsistent. Hard to argue he's currently well handicapped but third at Down Royal latest after a break showed him in good order.
Lightly raced chaser made the frame in all three races since Sligo win last September. 2lb rise to another career high mark after latest 1L defeat at Kilbeggan raises the stakes but progressive nature means he remains highly respected.
Gowran novices handicap winner remained pretty effective off this 7lb higher mark afterwards although third when last over fences as favourite slightly disappointing. Hurdles run latest can be forgotten and he has place claims here.
Wexford winner in April looked booked for second there latest until unseating at the last in a handicap off this mark. Will have to improve a little then off this handicap but few rivals are in form or well treated so has sound claims.
Veteran seems in the form of his life having won twice this spring over both 2m and 2m5f on good and heavy ground. Up 6lb for win last time out but thriving at the moment and in an ordinary contest should make another bold bid.
Gained first career win in May over 2m6f at Tramore and still held chances at Limerick latest when falling three out (2m3f). Not convinced 2m will play to his strengths but arguably the most open to improvement in the field.

In a tricky little contest progressive sort THECRAICISNINETY gets the vote with his second at Kilbeggan latest further evidence that he is capable of winning again soon enough despite getting a further 2lb for the run. Lightly raced Tiantu and in-form veteran Bellgrove look the biggest dangers.
