Scored on good to soft over a similar trip at Newcastle in January. 1lb higher here, so may be capable of getting heavily involved again, after being held since.
Kelso maiden winner (2m, good) in October. Ran with credit when fourth from 2lb higher on handicap debut at Carlisle in February, but needs to be better than last time.
Plenty of placed form for Dan Skelton, for whom he won a chase at Warwick (2m, good) in April, when on this mark. Beaten on a Hexham selling hurdle latest, and has since joined this yard. Not ruled out.
Took him 36 starts to get off the mark, when obliging by 11L here over C&D in April, from 14lb lower. Ran well next time in Ireland, but well held latest, and needs to find more.
Beat Golden Jeffrey 13L over C&D (good) last month. Ran well from today's 7lb higher mark last time, but beaten 11L at Cartmel nonetheless. More needed.
0-9 so far. Ran well last time when beaten just over 7L over C&D (good). 3lb lower here, and can't rule him out, but has a bit to prove on slower ground.
In cracking form and arrives seeking a hat-trick. Up 6lb for latest win, making that a total of 18lb for her last three runs, so may find this just beyond her.
Forecasts
Green Zone (7/2), Lady Samback (9/2), Royal Reserve (5/1), Golden Jeffrey (11/2), Oromo (13/2), Goldencard (7/1), Sleepy Haven (8/1), Zamarkhan (14/1), Ardera Cross (40/1)
A weak looking contest where a chance is taken on ROYAL RESERVE. Admittedly, he has a poor effort last time to put behind him, but trip and ground suit, and he has more positives that some here. Goldencard is not ruled out, while Oromo, Lady Samback and Green Zone should all be competitive.
