Showcasing colt who has shown only modest form in two starts so far. Looks the type to do better once going handicapping. Wears first-time cheekpieces.

Stable won this race 12 months ago and is in fine form once again this term. 125,000 guineas yearling finished last of six on debut at Ascot last summer then ran very well when third to talented Watan at Goodwood. Big chance on that if fully fit.

€90,000 Declaration of War colt who ran with credit on debut at Newbury in April then caught a tartar at Chester when distant runner-up last time. Has ability and could make the frame again.

Alhebayeb gelding cost £9,000, out of mare who has produced four winners including decent Johara. Raceourse bow here and yard not known for first-time out Flat winners so others are preferred.

Cost 115,000 guineas as a foal but sold unraced by Godolphin for just £9,000 in March. Racecourse debut for this gelded son of Iffraaj who appears to have had issues along the way.

Ran green on debut at Wetherby and was never at the races. Top yard will have taught him plenty since so a better effort by no means out of the question but has plenty to find on bare form.

Battle of Marengo gelding who cost £85,000 as a yearling. Plenty of stamina on dams side so every chance he'll require a little further before showing his best form.

Rock of Gibraltar gelding who wasn't cheap at 80,000 guineas. Ran green on Wetherby debut last month but was noted getting hang of things late on finishing seventh of 11.

Shamardal colt whose dam won both the Group 1 Irish and Yorkshire Oaks. Should stay further in time but classy yard can get them ready and he looks one to note closely for market signals.

Sales price jumped from €16,000 to 145,000 guineas last spring so this Moohaajim colt must look the part. Dam was 2m hurdle winner though so will do very well to win first time out over 7f unless market indicates otherwise.

Bated Breath filly who is half-sister to three winners at up to middle distances. Not bad first run when seventh of 12 at Newcastle over this trip, keeping on inisde final furlong. May do better over a mile and more.

16:40 Haydock - 6 June 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

An interesting novice stakes but if ENOUGH ALREADY is ready to go then he should be good enough in light of the way the form of his run at Goodwood last term has worked out since. His yard won this event last year too. Sendeed is bred to be decent and is a player even on racecourse debut. His yard can get them ready first time. Guandi has done enough to suggest he could win a race before too long, while Vitralite and Grab And Run are others who may play their part.
