Arguably ran a better race in defeat when going down narrowly at Redcar following a good win at Ripon at the beginning of May. Goes on any ground. Respected at this level.
Lightly-raced filly whose best effort came on her final start of the season at York in a Listed contest. Entitled to improve on her reappearance but possibly not well handicapped and stable out of form.
Yet to recapture the form that saw him land a Nottingham handicap last October. Has improved for each run this season. Has chances off his current mark.
Only a couple of moderate efforts this season since changing stables. Not without a chance on very best of form but stable is not firing and others preferred.
Tough and likeable sprinter who has run well in the past over this course and distance. Needs things to fall right for him but given some luck he will hold every chance.
Does not win very often but can produce some fine performances when in the mood (normally at Catterick). Has dropped to a winnable mark. Interesting contender.
Busy sprinter who acts on all surfaces. Has not been in sparking form of late and it is taken on trust he can get his act together here. Enjoys racing at this track and looks fairly handicapped.

Makanah (13/8), Fairy Falcon (4/1), Hawaam (9/2), Primo's Comet (5/1), Requinto Dawn (7/1), Landing Night (14/1), Secretinthepark (14/1), Robot Boy (16/1)
A wide-open contest with topweight MAKANAH given the nod given his good recent form and being open to improvement. Primo's Comet, Requinto Dawn and Secretinthepark are others to consider while Hawaam is improving with every outing this season.
