Finished a 28L second in Huntingdon novice hurdle in March having undergone wind surgery but rather belied the theory a longer trip would bring further improvement when pulled up since at Wetherby (2m5½f, good; 9-1). Now goes chasing.
Long-standing maiden under rules, with recent chasing efforts at Wincanton and Southwell offering little hope of a breakthrough success. Blinkers are tried now.
Dual winner over hurdles around this time last year, though form since has tapered off. More like it in third at Plumpton (3m1f, good) last time but perhaps trip will be short enough on chase debut.
Won twice on Flat at 1m2f for Michael Bell. Was running his best race to date in this sphere over C&D last month only to come to grief late on. Runs from the same mark and has had a wind operation since. Key player.
Just 1-28 career record on Flat/over jumps. Running well in 3-4 handicaps over fences lately, including when second at Fakenham last time over similar trip. Should have a leading say.
Won a point-to-point but still a maiden under rules after 11 starts. Hasn't threatened in pair of starts for this trainer and has work to do.
Placed over shorter here in the summer of 2016 but had first run since when tailed off at Ffos Las (2m, good) a fortnight ago. Can only be watched for now.
A 21-race maiden over jumps, five of those being over fences. Fourth last time at Exeter (2m3f, good to soft) though still beaten 19L. Others appeal more.
Maiden (unplaced) in 10 starts, tailed off in three starts for this yard so (two over fences) and makes no appeal on the formbook from 8lb out of the handicap.

Plenty of these have queries over them. Kingston Mimosa ran well at Fakenham (second) 22 days ago and will hold solid claims with a repeat but he has just one career win on his CV and can be opposed with THE MAJOR. Kayley Woollacott's charge might well have opened his account over C&D last month had he stood up and, barring accidents, can make amends now. Mogestic might be able to take some place money.
