Pretty consistent without success on AW over the winter before struggling at 66/1 latest in Victoria Cup. This easier but still not convinced he's close to well-handicapped.
Now 2lb below last winning mark and likable effort over 6f here where slow away and minus a clear passage he kept on well enough. Suggest he will be much more competitive now.
Has won the same 7f handicap at Doncaster's Lincoln meeting for the last two years, on contrasting ground. Second since at Musselburgh again showed this his time of year and bold bid can again be expected.
Run well in both starts this term, firstly second of 19 at Doncaster over 7f and since second of six at Redcar back over 6f. Often bowls along and given an uncontested lead will take some catching if amateur gets the fractions right.
Often runs well at Chester so her last of 14 there on return was disappointing as good to soft ground is something she handles. Can do better than that but risks attached here.
Improved with three starts for Owen Burrows last season culminating in a second over 7½f at Ffos Las. Changed hands since but connections have themselves a very unexposed sort now and he is respected here.
Back to winning ways latest at Chepstow where he landed a 14-runner handicap over 1m. Up 4lb for that and back to 7f but having won previously over 6f the trip will be no issue; respected.
20/1 winner of this race last year but not made the frame since in nine starts. Lower mark this year leaves him out of the official handicap. Also declared at Pontefract on Friday.

Saluti (7/2), Citron Major (9/2), Sir Roderic (9/2), Magic City (5/1), Right Action (5/1), Gallipoli (8/1), Be Kool (10/1), Muraahin (12/1), Dark Intention (14/1), Barton Mills (14/1)
A trappy little contest this but the vote goes to in-form RIGHT ACTION who followed up his win at Doncaster with a good second at Musselburgh. Citron Major caught the eye here over 7f latest and a return to 7f should see him go close. Unexposed Muraahin and recent Chepstow Sir Roderic winner also hold chances.
