Enthusiastic front runner who returns to hurdling for the first time since 2017 having had a spell over the larger obstacles. Just a worry that forecast rain could tax his stamina at this trip.
Runner up in pair of novice hurdles in the winter over 2m and hasn't built on that with pair of disappointing efforts since. Longer trip not guaranteed to suit but good claimer now takes over.
Front runner who likes it here and was winning for the third time in last five starts when scoring last month. Has to prove he stays the extra 2f and another for whom any rain would be a concern.
Runner up in this a year ago but chasing career since has proved a write-off. Happier back over hurdles last time though will need to step up on that to better his 2018 effort.
Had golden spell fro August to October with three wins and a second. May have been feeling the effects of a busy spell with two poor runs just after and now returns refreshed after a break. Market should give a guide.
Won over longer here in April last year and generally consistent since until a rare blow out on latest. Capable of bouncing back and a threat if he does so.
Still a maiden after 10 runs but has showed enough on a few occasions to warrant interest in a race like this and if the rain arrives it wouldn't bother him.
Bounced back on his preferred sound surface when gaining second course success in March. 6lb rise is fair though up in trip now and rain could be a concern.
Forecasts
Twenty Twenty (7/4), Mr Jack (5/1), Magical Thomas (11/2), Precious Bounty (11/2), Soulsaver (8/1), Our Three Sons (12/1), Zen Master (12/1), Polished Rock (28/1)
A race that could have a different look to it if the rain arrives overnight and perhaps the safest option at this stage is MR JACK with Bryony Frost up for the first time. Soulsaver has to put a below par run behind him but if doing so has to be taken seriously while Precious Bounty has stamina to prove but has the assistance of an excellent claimer.
