A winner on handicap debut at Naas in November and runner-up at Chelmsford on return last month. While that was only a conditions race, it looked like a decent race for the grade and the drop in trip could be in his favour here.
A winner on debut at Naas and placed in Listed class next time out at Navan. Amiss on return when tailed off but better effort back at Navan last time out. Interesting contender back up in trip here.
Won a 20-runner race at Naas on debut last month, despite still looking a little green in the early stages. Well bred, her dam won over this trip and she cost plenty as a yearling. Expected to relish this extra furlong.
Maiden winner at Carlisle last year and improved from his reappearance when third in Listed company in France last time. Needs another step forward to play a part here and looked in need of a step up in trip last time out.
Has left his juvenile form behind with two wins this year, most notably when bolting up at Naas last time. Could do even better if he learns how to settle and well worth a crack at this grade.
Won a maiden on debut at Dundalk but hasn't built on that in three starts since, most notably on turf debut when well beaten last time out. Hard to fancy in a race of this nature.
Took a big step forward from debut when runner-up at Navan on his return. Showed a game attitude in defeat that day and drop back in trip looks interesting; should improve.
Dark Angel colt, impressive when winning on debut at the start of the campaign. Open to plenty of improvement but not guaranteed to appreciate the drop back in trip.
Didn't need to improve from his maiden success at the Curragh to win at Dundalk in March but disappointed at Chelmsford last time in a conditions race. Moore prefers Antilles who was ahead of him at Chelmsford last time.
Forecasts
I Am Superman (11/8), U S S Michigan (4/1), Antilles (9/2), Flash Gordon (15/2), Shelir (8/1), Piano Solo (20/1), Limit Long (25/1), Gloves Lynch (25/1), Eclipse Storm (33/1), Major Reward (50/1)
It might be worth taking a chance on FLASH GORDON who is well bred and should appreciate the step up in trip here on just his second career start. It's notable Ryan Moore opts for Antilles who should continue to improve throughout the season while I Am Superman could be the main danger if he can learn to settle a little better.
