Poet's Voice colt who showed plenty on debut in a 5f novice at Nottingham, leading just after halfway until headed close home. Sets a solid standard for a race of this nature.
£20,000 yearling by Power out of a 2-y-o 5f winner who has produced a couple of winners already. Yard 0-11 with juveniles this season, but has a 20% strike-rate with newcomers here in recent years.
Heeraat half-brother to 5f/6f winner Tidal's Baby and 1m-1¼m winner Faldal. Showed a bit when mid-field on debut at Thirsk last month, and should do better, with jockey booking catching the eye.
Elzaam half-brother to fairly useful 7f-1½m winner Choral Clan and 2-y-o 7f winner Martin Mount. Will need a stiffer test if pedigree any guide, and yard's newcomers usually need their initial experience.
€37,000 purchase out of a winning close relative of smart German 6f-7f winner Smooth Operator. None of yard's nine 2-y-o newcomers this year have been successful, and wide draw no help.
Half-sister to two-year-old 5f winner Whiteandgold and 6f winner Misty Spirit. Improved on debut effort when neck second of 9 to Iva Go over C&D last time, and has been handed an advantageous draw.
Harbour Watch half-sister to 7f-1¼m winner Shufoog and 2-y-o 1m winner Off Piste. Some appeal on pedigree, although sales price dropped dramatically last year which is a concern. Yard's sole 2-y-o winner so far this year came over C&D.
Half-sister to 5f winner Dame Gladys. Ran green after hitting the front when a close second to Baileys In Bloom over C&D on last month's debut, and looks sure to improve, for all the widest draw complicates matters.
By Elzaam out of a maiden half-sister to Derby winner North Light, from a family replete with stamina. Will need further in time, and yard without a 2-y-o turf winner in recent seasons.
Coach House half-sister to 5f-7f winner Selfiestick. Yard 0-48 with juvenile debutants in last five years, and no fireworks expected.

DYLAN DE VEGA, Azteca and Ruby Wonder look the trio to focus on with preference for Richard Fahey's colt, who was undone by inexperience after hitting the front on his debut at Nottingham. Azteca has already proven herself at this track, and is better drawn then the promising Ruby Wonder, who nonetheless can figure having gone agonisingly close here on her debut.
