Smart performer at his peak for Mick Channon, but missed 2018. Not disgraced in a couple of starts this month, but needs to raise overall performance to have a say here.

Popular veteran, winner of 14 of his 81 turf starts on the Flat. One win and a place from a couple of starts over C&D but difficult to see him playing a part in the finish following his return on Thursday at Tipperary.

Returned from a couple of months on the sidelines latest when tailed-off last at the Curragh in September. Bounced back to form when running Solar Wave to 2¼L at at Naas last month. Worth a market check.

Much improved handicapper for Joseph O'Brien last season including an emphatic win on heavy ground at Listowel in September. Nothing of note in two starts this term and hard to place any faith in.

79-rated handicapper last season for trainer David O'Meara who has hit the frame over this trip on three occasions from 16 starts. Disappointed connections on first start for new yard at Navan last month finishing 18th of 23. Looks opposable.

The Mick Halford-trained ARCANEARS ran well on seasonal debut to finish second of 16 beaten 1½L behind Solar Wave over C&D last month off a 1lb lower mark and can improve enough to see off the possible challenges of T For Tango, Betsy Trotter, Mokhalad and Rattling Jewel who have all had respectable starts to the season. Dapper Power is worthy of further consideration.
