Well down the field on debut at Naas, but improved when fourth of 18 to Polished Steel in maiden at Thurles last time. Sure to do better still, although may need further than 2m.

Arakan gelding out of a mare who ran twice in bumpers. Well held on all three starts to date, beaten over 50L on each occasion.

Off the mark at Dundalk in February, and followed up there on next start. Has remained in form, and is an interesting recruit to hurdles.

Rated 66 when a creditable fourth over 1½m at Galway in September, and ought to make his mark at the right level over hurdles. Faces a stiff enough task at the first try, however.

Sprint-bred gelding who was tailed-off last on hurdles debut at Limerick last month. No appeal.

A 15-race maiden on the Flat, she produced a mildly encouraging run to finish fourth of 18 beaten 24L on hurdling debut at Clonmel last month. Holds place claims if she can jump with greater fluency

Eight-race Flat maiden at up to 1m3f for Charlie Hills. Joined current yard in January and ran well when fifth of 20 on second hurdles start at Navan last month. Not built on that, including back on the Flat last time, but dangerous to dismiss.

Best Flat effort for Dermot Weld when runner-up in a 1¼m maiden in the mud at Cork last spring. Returns from an absence to make hurdles bow for new yard with a hood and tongue tie added.

Out of a winning half-sister to US Grade 1 1m1f winner Caffe Latte. Cheap purchase given his pedigree, and probably best watched now making his racecourse bow.

Fine fourth to Sir Erec on debut at Leopardstown in December, but she's been a beaten favourite on her last three starts in this sphere, and is now tried in a tongue tie in a bid to end that frustrating sequence.

Of little account on the evidence of four Flat runs, finishing last of 18 on handicap debut off a basement mark last time.
13
Horse silk
100/1
Regressive Flat maiden whose best effort in that sphere came over 7f. Has left Denis Hogan cheaply since last run, and new connections immediately reach for a tongue tie.

Half-sister to talented hurdler Jenkins, but just a moderate Flat handicapper at best, and while she shaped better than the bare result on her hurdles debut at Roscommon, she was ultimately well held.

ANDALUSA is the one to beat, for all she is becoming expensive to follow and hopefully a tongue tie will have a beneficial effect, while Everlastingpromise will surely win races over hurdles, but could need a stiffer test. Institution needs to bounce back from a modest Flat run, but looks capable of better than he's shown over hurdles, and needs a market check given connections.
  1. Andalusa
  2. Everlastingpromise
  3. Institution
