Well into the veteran stage now but this former top class hurdler retains plenty of enthusiasm for the job and he's been a model of consistency this year. Conditions perfect once more and he should be on the premises.
Won a novice chase here last year, form that makes him look well treated back over hurdles today, but does need to bounce back to form after a break and he does tend to need a run to put him straight. Others preferred today.
First start for new yard today, capable of quality handicap form on her day and these conditions fine, but likely to need this after an absence and yard in no great form either.
Likes to bowl along in front and does know how to win when the opportunity arises, wins tend to come in small fields and he does get on well with this pilot, so there's enough to recommend his chances here.
Highly tried last couple of starts and will find this easier, but in truth is not in any real form and despite a tempting looking handicap mark, is hard to make a solid case for.
No win in 12 starts and so far at least, isn't really making much progress. Been too keen for his own good and until he learns to settle better in his races, is best watched.
Close second to Galvin here last August reads well but he's not gone on from that and although he's not running badly, and has his conditions again today, it does seems the handicapper has him in his grip.
On a good looking mark today but that's down to a series of below-par efforts this winter/spring and although this track may suit him better than Carlisle last time, he's still hard to fancy.

Another tricky contest to finish the card off with. TED VEALE deserves to get his head in front after some most consistent efforts and this looks his chance. Golden Jeffrey looks the one to catch and might get an easy lead here, which would make him a danger. Siannes Star could easily leave his form behind if he learns to settle better than has been the case.
