Looks on a fair mark these days but this season hasn't really got going for him, well beaten again at Newcastle last time when he should have done better and it's not hard to look elsewhere for the winner.
3lb lower than last win (back in December 2017), something of a tale of woe over the past 12 months but in his defence, hasn't really had his ground (which he will do here). Won this back in 2017 and more interesting than a few today.
Another that's very well handicapped on the best of his form, and has conditions to suit, but has shown little spark in recent outings (unseated last time) and yard yet to get going this spring.
Winner from a 9lb lower mark at Plumpton in December, and far from disgraced back at that venue last time out either (over hurdles, saddle slipped). Seems happier with some cut though, which he's unlikely to get here.
Thrashed them hollow at Carlisle in February and heavy ground last time a legitimate excuse, bur the worries are that he needs more off this mark and the yard form isn't great either. Will stay this trip, but others make more appeal.

Forecasts
Mustmeetalady (7/4), Lough Derg Farmer (11/4), Minella Daddy (9/2), Ziga Boy (9/2), I See You Well (6/1), Straidnahanna (6/1), Zerachiel (10/1)
This looks very winnable and MUSTMEETALADY looks like the one that can take advantage. The winner of this in 2017 finally has his ground and is simply too well handicapped to ignore now. He can take this at the expense of Straidnahanna and Lough Derg Farmer.
