Ran well when 4L fourth over 1m at Kempton last time out. Cheekpieces worn for the first time that day are replaced with blinkers (first time) here and he is an interesting runner in this event.

Regressed since finishing third over 7f at Kempton in October last year. Given a break since latest disappointing effort and market support would be notable on turf return.

Forecasts

Rivas Rob Roy (5/2), Creek Harbour (7/2), Blessed To Empress (4/1), N Over J (11/2), Maazel (10/1), Malaysian Boleh (12/1), De Little Engine (14/1), More Salutes (16/1), Perfect Symphony (28/1)

18:20 Brighton - 20 April 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

RIVAS ROB ROY was a winner off a higher mark here last year and following some decent efforts in defeat on the AW he is taken to get his head back in front in this competitive 7f handicap. Maazel has won on the AW already this year and he can finish runner-up having shown good form in recent starts while third place can go to Creek Harbour who sports blinkers for the first time.
  1. Rivas Rob Roy
  2. Maazel
  3. Creek Harbour
