Deah-heated at Friars Haugh recently on first start for seven months. Clearly in good heart but this is a much tougher assignment against better opposition.
Easily accounted for two rivals in Wetherby hunter chase at the end of last month of fourth start for current yard having previously won between the flags. Decent sort and shouldn't be at all far away.
Won five of last nine point-to-points and does have a win here under Rules to his name nearly four years ago. Has something to find on official figures though so a place may be the best he can hope for.
Won three open point-to-points in his last five starts and was still going nicely when fell at 12th on penultimate start in Musselburgh hunter chase. Needs to raise his game at this level but is less exposed than most of his rivals.
Talented sort who won Grade 3 h'cap chase at Cheltenham in November 2015 and was fine third six months later in the former Whitbread Gold Cup. Runner-up on hunter chase bow to decent sort last time and should be too good for today's rivals.
Won handicap chase over 4m here in 2017 so stays all day. Not disgraced when runner-up in heavy ground at Carlisle lats time against fair rival but will do well to score on these terms in this company.
Forecasts
Sausalito Sunrise (11/10), Ravished (5/2), Gran Paradiso (13/2), Cave Hunter (13/2), Damiens Dilemma (25/1), Settledoutofcourt (33/1), Pyjama Game (100/1)
If SAUSALITO SUNRISE still retains his ability he will be a different class to the opposition. In the event that he is on the downgrade and fails to fire, Ravished looks the best alternative. Cave Hunter and Settleoutofcourt may do best of the rest.
