In good heart before blatantly failing to stay 2m5f on latest. Happier back at the minimum now and although his latest form is on a sounder surface, he does have form on heavy ground in the past.
Led, and seemed to be going well when unseating rider at Newcastle in November when last seen. Had earlier won well on chasing debut at Southwell. Won on heavy ground over hurdles and more to come over fences.
Generally struggled this term and hard to know what he's capable of at present but this has been his time of year in the past and undeniably well weighted if able to bounce back.
Ran his best race over fences when runner up in this race last year and although proving expensive to follow, a return to this track could help and could play a role.
Switch to front running tactics threatened to bring about an improved performance until falling at Taunton last time. More to come over the larger obstacles.
Not always a fluent jumper but won a seller on this day last year and generally goes well at the track.
Still a maiden under rules and hard to make a case for from 8lb out of the handicap.

CHOZEN may be coming here two from two over the larger obstacles but for unseating his rider at Newcastle and can get back on the winning trail here. Vicenzo Mio could be sparked by a return to this venue and can follow the selection while Rock On Rocky is dangerously well treated if able to recapture his best.
