Colt by The Carbon Unit out of a Danehill Dancer mare. Tailed-off at very long odds on last month's debut and easy to overlook.

Home-bred Bolger-owned gelding by Pour Moi out of a Teofilo mare. Sent off 33/1 on debut but made some late progress and only likely to improve now up in trip.
By Paco Boy out of a Royal Applause gelding. Cost 32,000gns as a yearling. Unfancied and tailed-off on last month's debut and hard to fancy despite first-time blinkers.

€18,000 yearling by St Leger and Gold Cup winner Leading Light out of a 6f winner at two. Outran his long odds when short of room and an eye-catching fifth over a mile on last year's debut. Needs a test of stamina so only likely to improve.

Bated Breath colt, cost €26,000 as a foal and 72,000gns as a yearling. Improved with each of three starts last year but below that on AW debut in February. Chance on best form but step up in trip a query.

€30,000 yearling caught the eye with late progress on debut and then third behind subsequent Group 1 second Broome. Looked the type to improve with time and experience so of definite interest on season debut.

Gelded son of Morpheus out of a Redback mare cost €46,000 as a foal. Showed promise from a poor draw on sole start last year and looks likely to improve. Rates as one of the more likely types.

Daughter of Es Que Love and bred to be suited by this sort of trip on debut. Respected for connections but stable yet to fire although market support would be interesting.

Filly by Dylan Thomas out of a Alzao mare. Half-sister to Italian 1m winner. Shaped well enough on Dundalk debut and should improve up in trip. May find one or two good again though.

Kattani made late progress over an inadequate trip on debut and now gets to a suitable distance for an in-form leading stable. Lightsider was unfancied on debut but did well despite being short of room and is also interesting up in distance. Preference though is for PATRIOT'S DAY who ran into a top-class type on his second start last year and has looked like a longer term prospect.
  1. Patriot's Day
