Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: L P Aspell| T: Noel Williams| OR:  112| CD
66/1
Hammered by Miss Heritage on debut; made a winning start to this season when beating Legends Gold by 1¼L over C&D (good) in October; struggled in Listed company at Sandown in March (soft) when finishing ninth of ten to Misty Whisky.

Horse silk
Dares To Dream83
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Sean Quinlan| T: P A Kirby| OR:  108| BF| D
80/1
Beat subsequent minor winner Takingitallin by a ready 11L at Sedgefield (2m1f, soft) on Boxing Day, but beaten back at that County Durham track since (5/4f) and that level of form is well shy of the required standard here.
3
Horse silk
Daylight Katieh47
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Mr D H Dunsdon| T: G Elliott| OR:  112| D
12/1
3m point-to-point winner; placed on her first two starts in bumpers at Naas (2m) and Punchestown (2m2f) before spread-eagling a 19-strong field at Gowran Park (2m1f, yielding) latest; rates as a major player for Gordon Elliott.
4
Horse silk
Emmas Joy41
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton| OR:  120| BF
33/1
Narrow winner on rules/stable debut at Southwell (good) in November, and just denied in a Listed contest by today's rival Timetochill at Huntingdon (good to soft) a few weeks later; beaten 6/5-fav at Warwick latest.
5
Horse silk
Farne26
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Aidan Coleman| T: N B King| OR:  119
20/1
Has found the frame on all three starts in bumpers, including when beaten 1½L by Misty Whisky in a Listed race at Sandown (2m, soft) in March; generally progressive; needs to take another step forward in order to break the maiden.
6
Horse silk
Giving Back116
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Tom Cannon| T: A King| OR:  108
100/1
Twice a winner in AW bumpers (Kempton and Lingfield), but comfortably held in both starts on turf, including by Timetochill and Emmas Joy (at Huntingdon); stablemate of The Glancing Queen and Eyes Right.
7
Horse silk
Hawthorn Cottagep350
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Lucy K Barry| T: Miss A Murphy| OR:  111| D
33/1
Has ample experience, both in point-to-points (1-5) and under rules (1-3); off since April 2018 when making all under this rider to spring a 25/1 surprise at Cheltenham (2m1f, good); will be a mighty training performance is she wins this race.
8
Horse silk
Kissesforkatie116
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Nick Scholfield| T: J Scott| OR:  116
25/1
1m5½f Fontwell winner on stable debut in October (good to firm); has coped admirably with stepping back up in trip, alas has 5L+ to make up with her Huntingdon conquerors Timetochill and Emmas Joy; others hold a much more obvious chance.
9
Horse silk
Minella Melody26
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Mr P W Mullins| T: H De Bromhead| OR:  116
6/4
Joined Henry De Bromhead as a 10L winner of a 3m 4yo mares' maiden point-to-point (form solid); strong in the market, and hacked up by 12L on rules debut at Gowran Park (2m2f, soft) last month; makes plenty of appeal.
10
Horse silk
Miss Heritage29
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: H Cobden| T: D R C Elsworth| OR:  118
12/1
A likeable mare and a consistent performer in bumpers over the past 12 months or so; emphatic 19L winner of a weak race at Catterick (2m, soft) last month; there's every likelihood that Mrs Hyde has her measure based upon earlier Ludlow form.
11
Horse silk
Misty Whisky26
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: S Bowen| T: H Fry| OR:  121
8/1
Runner-up over C&D on debut (good); 2-2 since then, scaling new heights when beating a number of today's rivals (including Farne and stablemate Whitehotchillifili) in a Listed contest at Sandown (2m, soft) in March; much respected.
12
Horse silk
Mrs Hyde77
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: P J Brennan| T: F O'Brien| OR:  118| BF
20/1
Ludlow winner on her second start (beat Miss Heritage by 5L); steady since in Listed company at Cheltenham (race was won by The Glancing Queen) and no match for the still unbeaten Who What When at Market Rasen latest; more required.
13
Horse silk
Shantewe77
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: G Sheehan| T: Jamie Snowden| OR:  113
33/1
Bolted up on debut at Wetherby (2m, good to soft) in November, beating Farne by 5L; produced a broadly comparable effort when forced to settle for minor honours behind Who What When and Mrs Hyde at Market Rasen on sole subsequent start.
14
Horse silk
Stainsby Girl39
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Callum Whillans| T: D W Whillans| OR:  114| BF| D
100/1
The form of her debut win at Carlisle (2m1f, soft) in December is essentially modest, albeit she was a 17L winner; finished 2½L third to Paris Dixie on her sole subsequent start and truthfully that's not strong enough form for this race.
15
Horse silk
The Glancing Queen22
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: Wayne Hutchinson| T: A King| OR:  122
5/1
Scampered clear of Mega Yeats (Mrs Hyde fourth) in a Listed Cheltenham bumper on rules/stable debut; solid in defeat since, including when finishing just over 7L fifth to Envoi Allen in the Champion Bumper; stablemate of Eyes Right and Giving Back.
16
Horse silk
Timetochill116
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Ross Chapman| T: Miss Kelly Morgan| OR:  121
14/1
Thumped Dares To Dream by 13L on rules/stable debut at Kelso (2m, good) and maintained her unbeaten record in bumpers when accounting for another of today's rivals Emmas Joy in a Listed contest at Huntingdon (2m, good to soft) in December.
17
Horse silk
Whitehotchillifili26
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: R Johnson| T: H Fry| OR:  117
16/1
Stablemate of Misty Whisky, and beaten 6½L (fourth) by that mare in a Sandown Listed contest (2m, soft) latest; her earlier form on a sound racing surface is also respectable; not discounted; should have the measure of Emmas Joy.
18
Horse silk
Eyes Right17
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-8| J: D A Jacob| T: A King| OR:  111
50/1
Beaten a neck by the still unbeaten Who What When in a 1m4f+ junior bumper at Newbury (soft) in December; mildly progressive since, and off the mark at Southwell (Evens) just over a fortnight ago; her trainer saddles three runners.
19
Horse silk
Eyren33
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-8| J: Bridget Andrews| T: D Skelton| OR:  112| D
50/1
Rip Van Winkle filly; made the perfect start to her racing career when striding well clear of some admittedly moderate rivals at Doncaster (2m+, good) 33-days ago; this race rates as a sizeable step up in grade.
20
Horse silk
Who What When77
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-8| J: Joshua Moore| T: M McGrath| OR:  118| D
25/1
Cost a mere 1,500gns as a foal; unbeaten in two starts in bumpers, fully justifying her place in this line-up; has already beaten a number of today's rivals including Eyes Right, Mrs Hyde and Shantewe; a fraction more is required.

17:15 Aintree - 4 April 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

A fascinating mares' bumper with a couple of lesser known trainers Kelly Morgan (Timetochill) and Murty McGrath (Who What When) pitching in their unbeaten representatives against more established handlers such as Alan King (saddles three runners) and Harry Fry (doubly represented). The Glancing Queen and Misty Whisky have the strongest form of the English-trained contingent, but the Irish throw down the gauntlet with a formidable hand courtesy of the Gowran Park winners Daylight Katie (Gordon Elliott) and MINELLA MELODY (Henry De Bromhead). The Patrick Mullins-ridden selection makes plenty of appeal on the basis of her recent 12L soft-ground romp.
  1. Minella Melody
  2. Daylight Katie
  3. The Glancing Queen
