Hasn't run badly on any of his last three starts, however didn't really progress for the step into handicaps last time and looked a bit one-paced. Early days yet though, and may well improve, so not to be discounted in a slightly easier race.
It's all gone wrong for him over fences this season, two falls in his last two starts and now reverts to hurdles in order to get a confidence booster. Trip and ground both fine, but may need this after a break.
Disappointing in a couple of novice hurdles (twice a beaten short-priced favourite) but did better on latest start, beaten less than a length. Upped 3lb for that and has presumably been waiting for the better ground, should improve again here.
The odd good run on his card offers hope but he's looked a weak finisher on more than one occasion now and he's got ground to make up with That's A Given on their Taunton running in December. Others more appealing.
Seesm to have his quirks (wore ear plugs pre-race last time) and can pull hard, neither of which enhances his chance here, but another for whom it's early days and as he learns to race better, may progress. Dropping in the weights too.
Has some good bumper form to his name but it's not happened over hurdles as yet, no better for the step into handicaps last time but this is easier and if he's fit after his winter break, cannot be discounted from a good looking mark.
Likes quick ground and stays this far, but not much encouragement to be taken from his Newbury run last month, his first after a very long absence. Best watched until showing more.
Lovely looker that will make a nice chaser in time, came good at Fontwell last year and might have followed up at Warwick but for a fall late in the day. However, form has taken a nosedive since then and he now has something to prove.
No secrets from the handicapper at his age but comes here in good form after his second to an improving sort at Hereford last time. Trip and ground no issue, but a surprise if something less exposed doesn't prove too good for him.

THAT'S A GIVEN is lightly raced enough to improve and if he comes back ready to roll after a winter break, then he might be good enough to take this. It was a better effort when last seen and he wouldn't need much more than that to be successful here. Mon Eldorado is too well handicapped on his bumper form to ignore and at some point, he will surely improve. Tempuran and Tarrona are fully exposed but are in decent form and should run their races.
