One from nine over this trip, fell at the eighth when in midfield on chasing debut at Punchestown before being tailed off 43L at Fairyhouse when last seen in January. Commands respect stepping up in trip for leading yard.

Poor hurdler who failed to hit the frame in four starts in the point-to-point field. Little encouragement to be found on chasing debut.

Found it tough going in a number of maiden hurdles. Last seen tailed off on chasing debut in a Gowran Park beginners contest last month over 2m4f. Not one to totally leave out of calculations with yard in good shape.

Got up on the line to force a dead-heat in fourth and final point-to-point in December. Well held in three gloomy hurdling efforts since the turn of the year. Makes chasing debut here and one best watched for future engagements.

Built on a couple of chase starts when finishing third of 12 beaten 17L behind Snugsborough Hall at Clonmel last month. First time cheekpieces fitted could be the final piece of the jigsaw.

Modest 104-rated hurdler but showing plenty of improvement since joining new connections. Recent efforts suggest further development and is approached with plenty of interest.

Solid form in a number of point-to-point starts and not disgraced in three hurdle starts in January. Possibly best watched on chasing debut unless market indicates otherwise.
Cost €80,000 as a three-year-old but went for only £7,000 at the Doncaster sales in January. Needs to improve on stable debut when finishing seventh of 18 beaten 27L in a Punchestown maiden hurdle last month. Place claims on chasing debut.

Second of four beaten 3L adrift of Mrs Lovett on chasing introduction in a Thurles beginners contest in November. Has lost her way since the turn of the year but this looks an easier task.

Forecasts

Roxboro Road (6/4), Three Kings (5/2), Kilbarry Calling (11/2), Mad Carew (6/1), Big Bad Brian (7/1), Tinnehinch (12/1), Top Of The Charts (20/1), Ange D'Or Javilex (28/1), Robbies Magic (33/1), Mossy White (50/1), Castlehume Gold (50/1)

16:40 Leopardstown - 4 March 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

The Gordon Elliott-trained THREE KINGS has made massive strides improving in just two starts since joining the yard and can land the closing race here on return to the larger obstacles. Clonmel fourth Kilbarry Calling could emerge as the biggest danger with the J P McManus-owned Roxboro Road capable of a big run in first-time cheekpieces, while Mad Carew can go well at a price.
