Dual Listed winner was twice Group Two placed late last season. Collared late on at Wolverhampton (1m½f) on return and won on polytrack in the past. Sets a high standard here and the one to beat.
Completed a four-timer when winning this 12 months ago and just 3lb higher now. Remains in good, consistent form as shown by second at Wolverhampton latest. Handicap just about within range so merits respect.
Dual AW winner for John Gosden no match for smart sort from that stable first time for this yard here but that his first run in eight months. Come on plenty now so expecting better effort.
Midfield in this 12-months ago but rarely far away in recent starts including close fourth over C&D latest. Little room for manoeuvre handicap wise but thoroughly consistent so likely go well.
Beaten a nose in this 12-months ago and after a barren spell he returned to winning ways in January. Close fourth just yesterday (22nd) and participation now surely in doubt.
C&D win latest his first since 2016 and that may now help confidence wise. Upped 5lb but in effect that is 9lb given he's racing from 4lb out of the handicap so looks a tall order.

Classy OH THIS IS US made a pleasing return at Wolverhampton and as a past Polytrack winner he should prove equally adept here so gets the vote. 2018 winner Goring is very consistent and should once again go close here. Chevalier is also rarely far away and he can have a say too.
