Worcester debut winner in October since finished a respectable fourth in an Ascot Listed contest where he was outpaced before staying on. Sets a good standard here and bold bid assured despite the penalty.

Unraced son of Soldier Of Fortune bought for €95,000 as a three-year-old. Dam a half-sister to useful hurdlers Zaidpour and Zaynar and wears a tongue tie on debut for a top yard. Market may guide.

Half-brother to 6f/7f Flat winner Lexington Times but showed he possesses considerably more stamina than his sibling when staying on for second at Fontwell on debut last November. Come on for that now but tougher contest here.

Cost £100,000 as a four-year-old; half-brother to three winners on the Flat (dam 1m winner). Winner of two of his three Irish point-to-point starts (pulled up in other one) winning by 2l last time; respected from a top bumper stable.
Ran to a fair level on his debut despite being relatively easy to back. Stayed on well enough to finish third and should put that experience to good use here although suspect Chantry House stable first string.
€42,000 buy as a two-year-old by Noroit was a most impressive winner on debut in a Wincanton newcomers bumper last month. Seventh that day the only one to run since (struggled) so hard to gauge but surprise if he doesn't go well.

Authorized newcomer a half-brother to a winner in Denmark out of a Danish Listed placed 7f-1m1f winner. Interesting decision to travel over from France and therefore can't be taken lightly.

Cape Cross gelding out of Where's Susie who won nine races for this yard under both codes. 3¾L fourth to Faire Part Sivola on debut in a Wincanton newcomers bumper last month. Should come on for that but reversal less than likely.

16:45 Kempton - 23 February 2019 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Paul Nicholls won this race 12 months ago and in recent Listed fourth ENRILO he has the one to beat this time round too. Despite the penalty for his Worcester debut success this son of Buck's Boum gets the nod. Nicholls' lone title rival Nicky Henderson runs two with preference for expensive point-to-point purchase Chantry House whose form has already been franked in Ireland. Faire Part Sivola won a newcomers race at Wincanton and merits respect also despite being penalised for that win.
