Despite the penalty for his Worcester debut success this son of Buck's Boum gets the nod. Nicholls' lone title rival Nicky Henderson runs two with preference for expensive point-to-point purchase Chantry House whose form has already been franked in Ireland. Faire Part Sivola won a newcomers race at Wincanton and merits respect also despite being penalised for that win.
