Gained first win in 22 starts here over 1m last time out. Only upped 2lb for that success which could have boosted confidence so very much feared here with drop to 7f no real concern.
C&D winner last September generally one of the most consistent handicappers in training so latest sub-par run very surprising. Quick turnaround suggests nothing amiss and that run aside he looks certain to make a bold bid.
1lb lower now than two wins last summer but that down to a moderate run of form. Seventh and sixth here last time not compelling evidence in his favour so others preferred.
Three-time turf winner makes his AW debut here. Struggled to make any real impression with revised handicap after June Newmarket success and arrives here after a lengthy absence.
8lb lower than C&D success last January and ran three more good races here before excuses latest dropped to 6f at Chelmsford. Handicap mark surely well within range and leading claims here.
Won three of last five including last two for John Joseph Murphy at Dundalk. Certainly joins this yard in great heart and opening UK handicap looks entirely reasonable so rates a leading contender.
Gained first success of second spell in this yard latest when battling to victory over 7f at Kempton. Raised 3lb for that success but won off higher marks earlier in career so not ruled out by any means.
Southwell winner two starts back over 1m before fading into midfield there latest. In good form on the whole and also won on polytrack but current handicap leaves little room to manoeuvre.

SWIFT APPROVAL has been running well over C&D this winter and can gain a second win here now with this mark almost certainly within his capabilities. Areen Heart is another past C&D winner with a big chance and forgetting his last run he is ultra-consistent. Confrontational was in great form in Ireland for his previous yard so rates a big danger also on his first run in Britain.
